The fine print

This social media audit focuses on organic social media strategy, content, and positioning, and assesses public-facing social content only, with the exception of any analytics screenshots uploaded with this form. The audit does not include generating post ideas, building content calendars, writing captions, paid social or advertising strategy, or feedback on ad creative, websites, branding, creative direction, or non-social marketing channels. This audit provides strategic guidance and recommendations; results are not guaranteed.

Any information you’d like reviewed must be included with this intake form; materials sent later will not be reviewed. Work on your audit begins once this intake form is submitted. As this is a custom service, refunds or cancellations are not available after submission.

Your final audit (an in-depth PDF plus a Loom walkthrough) will be delivered within 7 business days of receiving your completed intake form. Implementation help isn’t included, but optional next steps for additional support will be shared with your audit delivery.
