A social media audit is a focused review of your public-facing social presence. I look at your content from the outside, the way a potential customer, client or collaborator would, and assess:

How it works

Each audit covers one to three social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, or X. All accounts should belong to the same brand — no unrelated side projects, please!

The number of accounts reviewed doesn’t change the depth of the feedback, it just changes the lens. If you submit one account, I’ll go deep on that platform: content, positioning, patterns, and performance. If you submit multiple accounts, I’ll zoom out and look at how they’re working together (or not).

Once you’ve booked your audit, you’ll get an intake form via email within a business day. If you’d like to include a few screenshots of recent analytics or insights, you can to upload those with your intake form. Audits are based on public-facing content only, with no login access required.

Your completed audit will be delivered within 7 business days of receiving your intake form. You’ll receive an in-depth PDF paired with a Loom walkthrough, plus optional recommendations for follow-up or implementation support if you want it.

I take on a limited number of audits each month. If spots fill, a waitlist will open and availability will resume the following month.

Meet your fearless leader

I’ve spent over ten years in the social media trenches, building strategy, creating content, leading teams, and growing communities at Oprah’s Book Club, Noëlle Floyd, USHJA, Helen Kaminski, and a bunch of places where I signed an NDA.

Along the way, I’ve studied how platforms evolve, how audiences behave, and what actually drives attention, connection, and action over time. I don’t get hung up on the daily whims of the algorithm, I don’t have “hacks” to offer, and I won’t waste your time telling you to chase trends you aren’t aligned with.  I believe in quality over quantity, embracing a distinct point of view, thoughtful experimentation supported by data, and using platforms and as tools rather than seeing them as gods. 

That perspective comes from years of hands-on work: creating and publishing content, analyzing results, and engaging with audiences almost every day. I’ve tested these principles repeatedly at scale, across many accounts, platforms, and audiences, and they’ve driven real growth, stronger positioning, and measurable business results regardless of industry or social platform.

So when I look at a social media account, I’m not doing guesswork. I’m applying years of pattern recognition, performance data, and real-world experience to quickly see what’s working, what’s not, where things are breaking down — and where to go next.
